We do not offer returns or exchanges; however, we can provide refunds or ship new products in some circumstances.  

Refunds are offered to customers who receive the wrong items or damaged items. (or the rare mislabelled item)  We believe you should receive the product you expected. At this time, we can not offer refunds for reasons of personal preference or buyer's remorse. We do our best to provide sizing charts and accurate product descriptions and encourage you to make sure you are ordering accordingly.

I received a wrong or damaged product. What should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at help@omgusawtf.com as soon as possible with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.

We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Refunds

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
